Delete it yourself, in the app
This is immediate and needs no request:
- Open the California Accident App and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to Settings & Privacy from the home screen.
- Choose Delete My Account & Data and confirm.
Delete it without the app
If you have removed the app, email us from the address on the account:
Put “Delete my account” in the subject. We verify the request comes from the account's own email address, then delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply. You can also call 800-816-1529, answered 24 hours.

If you have become a client of the firm, records relating to that legal matter are kept for as
long as the California Rules of Professional Conduct and the State Bar require a law firm to
keep a client file. Deleting the app account does not, by itself, end a representation or
withdraw a signed agreement. Ordinary server backups roll off on their normal schedule. |
Deletion cannot be undone. Download any report you want to keep before you delete.
